Targeted go-lives for Belgium's new declaration systems

The new version 4.1 of EMCS will go live on Feb. 13, 2024.

NCTS, too, has not escaped a thorough update. Like quasi all customs systems, the transit document system needs to be updated to comply with the UCC.

The pilot phase for DMS entry cannot start

The ever-increasing volumes of imported goods put the capacities of our customs under pressure. More digitalisation of the declarations was therefore imperative. Therefore Stream Software participated in the development of a new system of globalisation declarations, the so-called e-globalisation.

There has been much speculation about DMS4, but it never really materialised. This has now changed: the Roadmap has been drawn up by Customs and the details are starting to take shape.
