Belgium

Since 1997 Stream Software has been active in the development of pragmatic solutions for both logistics and customs.

Founding Fathers Albert and Walter Palsterman have made Stream Software into an absolute reference within the sector.

Stream Software's headquarter is located in Antwerp, where with 70 employees we are constantly improving our applications to serve the market.

Customs is our core business. Our years of experience with implementations and integrations makes us the partner to automate your logistics and customs processes.

Netherlands

Stream Software has had a solid customer base in the Netherlands for many years. The Dutch market is a strategic spearhead within the operation of our company.

In 2019 Stream Software completed the acquisition of Unitas Software in Rotterdam (Capelle aan den IJssel). With this acquisition Stream Software not only increased its customer base in the Netherlands, but it is especially the cooperation and knowledge sharing regarding new developments that are an absolute asset. Meanwhile, Unitas is fully integrated with Stream Software.

At the end of 2020, Stream Software also opened a new sales office in Eindhoven (HTC Campus). With the hiring of Erik Meijers and Paul van Tellingen, the enormous expertise within the sector, and thus within our organization, is also growing here.
Meanwhile, we have moved to the Bogert 31, in the center of Eindhoven: a new modern office with sufficient space to receive customers, and to grow towards the future.

You're in good company

Stream Software has positioned itself strongly in the Benelux. For founders Albert and Walter Palsterman, a long-term relationship with customers is fundamental, which has resulted in an impressive customer portfolio.

Sam Jespers (CCO): "We see our customers as partners with whom we work intensively, to optimise their operational and financial business processes."

Brand

What is Customs Streamliner, and who is it intended for?

Customs Streamliner® is Stream Software’s customs software, built around several components: installation types, data integrations, basic and advanced functions, supported declaration systems, partner integrations (including C-point, Cargonaut, Creditsafe, NxtPort, and Portbase), modules, and the Customs Dossier system.

It is intended for companies and customs brokers (declarants) who process customs declarations, manage bonded warehouses, and arrange for tax representation.

What sets Stream Software apart from other international players?

What sets Stream Software apart from many international players is its combination of in-depth knowledge of Benelux customs, an integrated platform for customs and logistics, robust automation capabilities, and a personalized, locally rooted approach. While large international providers often offer generic global solutions, Stream Software focuses on specialized support for Belgian, Dutch, and Luxembourg customs processes, with direct client involvement in further product development.

Does Stream Software also work for companies outside Belgium and the Netherlands?

Yes. Stream Software currently supports customs processes in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg and aims to expand its solutions to other European markets. Thanks to support for European systems and regulations, international companies can centrally manage their customs and compliance processes within a single platform.
