Profile
You have experience as a Team/People Lead in a development environment or in a similar role. An interest in software development is a plus, but you don’t need to be a technical expert. You possess strong coaching skills and know how to guide teams in their development, facilitating conversations in a natural and constructive manner. You communicate clearly, with empathy and a neutral attitude, and you know how to build trust within diverse teams. You are solution-oriented, always act with integrity, and feel at home in the dynamics of multidisciplinary product teams. You will lead a large team of more than 10 developers, not only coaching them but also using your leadership skills to provide direction, set priorities, and support the team in achieving shared goals.
