Je hebt ervaring als Team/People Coach en in agile omgevingen of in een vergelijkbare rol. Je beschikt over sterke coachingsvaardigheden en weet teams te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling, waarbij je gesprekken op een natuurlijke en constructieve manier faciliteert. Je communiceert helder, met empathie en een neutrale houding, en je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen binnen diverse teams. Je bent oplossingsgericht, handelt steeds integer en voelt je thuis in de dynamiek van multidisciplinaire productteams. Je begeleidt een groot team van +20 mensen, waarbij je niet alleen coacht maar ook leidinggevende capaciteiten inzet om richting te geven, prioriteiten te stellen en het team te ondersteunen in het behalen van gezamenlijke doelen.
