You monitor the security of our infrastructure, manage access rights, and implement updates, backups, and monitoring. You proactively identify and resolve problems, with an eye for continuity and data protection.

Supports colleagues with technical questions...

You are the first point of contact for internal IT questions, from account management to network access or hardware issues. With your knowledge, you efficiently help colleagues and share insights to make their work easier.

Contributes to improvements and automation...

You contribute ideas about optimizations, new technologies, and automation of recurring tasks. You document changes and contribute to a transparent and well-managed infrastructure.

Works in a structured and solution-oriented manner...

You maintain an overview, communicate clearly, and collaborate with colleagues from different teams. In times of crisis, you remain calm, think pragmatically, and ensure that systems are quickly back up and running.

Profile
You have at least 7 years of relevant experience as a system/support engineer. You have knowledge of Windows Server, Networking and/or Security, Workplace Management, Virtualization, etc. You have experience working with Powershell/Bash for scripting. You will definitely pique our interest if you have already worked with Azure Devops, IAAS, Monitoring tools, and Security frameworks.

Profile:

·You have at least 5 years of experience in some of these areas: Windows Server (installation, management, troubleshooting), Network Management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), firewalls and load balancers, Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), Workplace Management (Intune, Defender, Exchange Online).

· You have knowledge of Powershell/Bash scripting for daily tasks.

· You have a basic knowledge of Cloud (Azure) and Identity Management (AD, SSO, MFA).

· You have experience with patch and update management.

· Experience with or knowledge of SASE/NGFW, Cloud & DevOps environments, monitoring tools, and security domains are definitely an added value.
