A Sales Manager at Stream Software...
1. Leads and manages the sales team
The Sales Department is the customer’s first point of contact for professional answers and solutions. As Sales Manager, you know how to best utilize your team members so that it is clear who is responsible for what and how to do it.
You serve as a coach and sounding board for your team members, while also ensuring that procedures remain up to date, analyzing activities within your department, and gathering facts and figures to inform further improvements in the sales department. You report to the CCO.
To ensure data accuracy, you set a good example by correctly entering documents and figures into our Salesforce application.
We take pride in our industry and product knowledge—and you’ll ensure that this knowledge is shared with your team members.
2. Sells our products
You will also be responsible for generating new accounts and growing existing ones. 4. Has seen it all
Are we moving fast enough for our customers? Are we missing anything? You keep a cool head and closely monitor the progress of customer interactions. You are results-oriented and focused on resolving customer issues. You escalate matters internally when necessary. You maintain good relationships with other departments, because together we look for ways to further optimize our services for our customers.
