Get our customers started

You ensure that our customers are ready to start working with our applications. Together with our developers and the customer service team, you ensure a smooth configuration and implementation. You also support customers during start-up. An important part of your training program will take place at our office in Berchem (Antwerp).

Likes a good flow

To work smoothly, our applications must be aligned with our customers' business processes. You map them out and then configure our applications in the best way. You really think along with the customer. You also provide training yourself to our clients so that they can continue to use the application.  

Has seen everything

Are we moving fast enough? Are we missing anything? You keep a cool head and closely monitor the progress of the projects. You monitor the budget and communicate proactively with the customer about this.

Profile

Being able to make strong analyses and enjoy working with deadlines: that is more important to us than your degree. Experience as a business analyst of an application and/or affinity with IT (interfacing, sql, xml) but relevant practical knowledge with customs/customs administration is important. You enjoy speaking in front of groups to provide training. Experience with customs applications is definitely a plus! You are an expert in planning and organizing and do not shy away from helping to set up (configure) the application according to the customer's needs.
