Together with our Product Managers, you will manage and prioritize the product backlog. You will assess which developments create the most value and ensure alignment with our product strategy.

You translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional solutions. You ask critical questions, bring structure to the process, and ensure that items are ready for development.

…Provides guidance to the scrum teams

You will oversee refinements and work closely with developers, business analysts, and other colleagues. You will monitor progress and be willing to make decisions when priorities change.

…Ensures quality

Quality assurance is an important part of your role. You establish testable acceptance criteria, thoroughly test new features before they go live, and work with the developers to ensure that every release is stable and reliable.

…Is the voice of our partners

You gather feedback from partners and end users and incorporate it into the development process. You communicate clearly about priorities, scheduling, and the decisions that have been made.

…Looks ahead

You’ll keep track of developments in the market, legislation, and technology. You’ll explore how AI and new applications, among other things, can enhance our products and the way we work.

Profile

• You have experience in product development, functional analysis, or an Agile/Scrum environment.
• You can translate complex information into clear choices and feasible solutions.
• You communicate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• You take ownership, aren't afraid to make decisions, and involve your colleagues by providing guidance and delegating tasks.
• You work in a structured manner and bring clarity to a complex environment, even when priorities change.
• You're curious about new technologies, enjoy contributing ideas for improvements, and share your knowledge while continuing to learn yourself.
• You think critically and set the right priorities.
• You bring people together and encourage collaboration.
• You are results-oriented, without losing sight of quality.
• Knowledge of logistics or customs is a plus, but not required.
