WHAT ARE MY BENEFITS IN HAVING MY DATA COLLECTED BY STREAM SOFTWARE?

By collecting this data, Stream Software can accomplish the following:
1. We can provide you with information faster (e.g. emergency procedures)
2. We can create content that is more relevant to you as a user of our Streamliner application(s). (e.g. subscribing to specific mailing groups)
3. We may notify you about new products, special offers, updated information and other new services that Stream Software believes may interest you. Where you have expressly agreed, we may allow other companies to contact you directly.
4. Our Customer Service may provide faster assistance to you as a user of our Streamliner application(s).

In order to improve the services we offer, we also collect anonymous information about the referring website (e.g. Google) or the referring banner that led you to Stream Software's website(s).

If you agree to provide Stream Software with personal information over the Internet that we need, for example, to send you messages or information, we want you to know how we will use that information. If you indicate that using this information as a basis for later contact with you is not desirable, we will respect your wishes.

HOW WILL STREAM SOFTWARE COLLECT AND STORE THIS DATA?

Stream Software collects information about you by directly requesting data from you (for example, through a registration form). The personal data is provided via email, our websites, social media, by phone or personal contact.

Stream Software stores this data in Belgium on its own servers. Stream Software independently or with external suppliers maintains and improves the systems where the data in question is stored.

WHAT ABOUT THE SECURITY OF MY INFORMATION?

AS A CUSTOMER, DO YOU HAVE A PROCESSOR AGREEMENT AVAILABLE?
